Results depend on factors such as:

  • Ad spend

  • Offer quality

  • Sales execution

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  2. Use services legally

  3. Not misuse or interfere with systems

  4. Maintain confidentiality of access credentials

4. Payments & Billing

  • Fees are agreed before service begins

  • Monthly services (e.g., £2,000/month) are recurring

  • Payments are generally non-refundable

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All assets created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed, including:

  • Funnels

  • CRM systems

  • Automations

  • Designs and creatives

You may not copy, resell, or distribute without permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Proprietary systems

7. Third-Party Platforms

We rely on external platforms such as:

  • CRM systems

  • Advertising platforms

  • Communication tools

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime

  • Policy changes

  • Account issues

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims resulting from:
